NPI/Medical highlighted some of its manufacturing capabilities at BIOMEDevice Boston this year. The company develops complex, injection-molded parts for medical device, life sciences and healthcare customers. It guides companies from prototype to production with technical precision, speed and service. NPI/Medical uses its DynaClass Tooling and Molding system to make quality plastic injection molded parts in a short amount of time. It can also do high-volume liquid silicone rubber molding. It is ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certified and has 3 cleanrooms in its Ansonia, Conn. facility.
