Our Quick Wire and Tubing inventory includes millions of feet of hypotubing and wire, ready to be shipped within 24 hours of your order. Our 304 stainless steel hypotube is full hard, welded and drawn per ASTM A908. The tubes come as 5-foot random lengths hand snipped with crimped ends ranging from 6 to 31 gauges, in extra heavy to ultra-thin wall thicknesses.
If your project also requires wire, we have 304 stainless, 304V vacuum melt stainless, PTFE coated 304 stainless, and nitinol.
When you need secondary processing of your raw material, we offer a variety of treatments including abrasive cutting, electrochemical cutting, grit blasting, precision shear cutting, centerless grinding, end treatments ranging from simple break edges to full radius ends, coating, and finishing operations such as electropolishing, passivation, ultrasonic cleaning, marking, and more. We also offer fast turnaround on custom ground mandrels, which we manufacture to your specifications. Custom features can include steps, tapers and flats.
