VitalPath acquires Modern Catheter Technologies

VitalPath announced today that it acquired catheter delivery system developer Modern Catheter Technologies.

The Roseville, Minnesota-based company said in a news release that the acquisition builds upon its acquisition of VitalDyne in March 2021.
