Stereotaxis (NYSE:STXS) today reported its fourth-quarter and full-year financial results ahead of expected growth in 2026.
The company reported fourth-quarter revenue totaling $8.6 million, marking a 36% increase year-over-year. However, that fell shy of Wall Street expectations for $9.24 million. St. Louis-based Stereotaxis reported total 2025 revenue of $32.4 million for a 20% increase compared to $26.9 million in 2024.
Shares of STXS fell nearly 4% to $1.99 apiece in post-market trading today.
Stereotaxis recorded several milestones in 2025, including clearing several regulatory hurdles. It received the FDA’s green light for the GenesisX surgical robot, MAGiC cardiac ablation catheter and the MAGiC Sweep high-density mapping catheter. The company also won CE mark for its Synchrony cath lab system, submitting it to the FDA as well.
Chair and CEO David Fischel highlighted the regulatory nods as a foundation for “significant commercial growth” in the electrophysiology market. However, he noted that the company’s 2025 performance didn’t quite get a boost from those new products in 2025. He expects more growth in 2026.
“The past year saw tremendous progress with significant regulatory approvals globally, advancement of a broad pipeline of innovations, and revenue growth of over 20%. I’m proud of what our team has accomplished and excited for the year ahead,” said Fischel. “The commercial contribution from these new products was modest in 2025 as we worked through challenges in ramping manufacturing of MAGiC and GenesisX. Our primary goals this year are to demonstrate the commercial success of these products, ramp manufacturing substantially, and progress a robust pipeline of additional innovations. These are being advanced in a methodical and financially prudent fashion.”
More on expected milestones for Stereotaxis in 2026
For the year ahead, Stereotaxis plans to target four key milestones.
First, it aims to establish at least five active GenesisX programs with global electrophysiology key opinion leaders. It hopes to demonstrate the system’s accessibility with rapid installations in existing labs.
With the two MAGiC systems, Stereotaxis wants to ramp manufacturing to 500 catheters per month by the end of the year. It also hopes to transition its customers to the catheters and launch MAGiC with pulsed field ablation (PFA) in Europe.
Stereotaxis also wants to demonstrate a comprehensive strategy for leadership in robotics across interventional cardiology and neurointerventions.
With the Synchrony platform, it hopes to receive FDA approval and deliver more than $3 million in revenue. The company also hopes to complete development of the first AI features for the platform.
“This will be a busy and important year during which we establish manufacturing and commercial capabilities that support substantial revenue growth over a sustained multi-year period,” Fischel said. “In parallel, we continue to advance a robust pipeline of innovations in electrophysiology, endovascular robotics, and digital solutions that will increasingly reach development, regulatory and commercial milestones.”
